Since 1992 RHM has developed a whole new way of thinking about sexuality and reproduction. It generates knowledge, disseminates evidence, and advocates for an environment in which universal sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) are realised through evidence-based laws, policies, programmes and services. RHM has an international network and engages with partners and collaborators around the globe. RHM and its regional teams publish RHM papers in seven languages.

How we Work

Promoting research and disseminating evidence as an advocacy tool for engaging in global policy discussion

At RHM publishing research is just the beginning. We need to communicate, inform policies and ultimately, for those policies to translate into practice at the level of service.

INFLUENCE RESEARCH AGENDA: We identify research priorities and influence the agenda by identifying gaps in knowledge and encouraging investigation into neglected areas in SRHR.

DISSEMINATE RESEARCH FINDINGS: Our peer review journal publishes research, in-depth analysis and critical reviews across the spectrum of SRHR.

Policy and Practice

INFORM POLICY AND PRACTICE: We communicate and engage in policy discussions for those policies to translate into practice at the level of service.
